[Samba] trouble printing to samba share

Windows XP uses *SMBSERV as the netbios name of the server when you try to 
access it using an IP address.  Please try to reproduce this using the 
2.2.6pre1 code on samba.org.  If you are still finding the same behavior, 
let me know and we'll start debugging from there.
