[Samba] NT4 WINS Server forgets samba servers

Hmm, we have quite a lot of samba servers running, and their addresses 
change sometimes. I don't really like the idea of adding them regularly 
manually into the WINS cache. I believe WINS is just the thing to get 
rid of manual database changes...

Any other thought?
