[Samba] Folder Creation Errors

Ugghhh...send me a level 10 debug log of the failure on the server.  
I'll try to take a look.

Hmm....2 things.  a debug log would be helpful and (b) can you reproduce 
this with the latest SAMBA_2_2 cvs?

These are all local Unix groups right?  You don't include any windows 
domain groups.
