[Samba] Samba PDC and Word

Yes, they are.  The problem only occurs with Word, other Office apps are OK.
I'm using SME Server V5 (formerly e-Smith and based on RH 7.1) as a PDC and
file/print server and it runs well otherwise, but Word just quits.  I've
tried moving templates etc  the problem occured with a totally different
Samba PDC on RH7.3 so I think it must be a Word thing?  Trouble is I want to
put in place what will be the first Linux solution in the postgrads lab (all
M$) so its gotta work!
