[Samba] Source file may be in use

Why whenever I try to transfer a file from win2k to my
Rhat 7.3 server I get the message? 

"Cannot copy filename : Access is denied. The source
file may be in use." 

My entry in smb.conf looks like this 

[Vfloppy]	
path = /mnt/floppy	
guest ok = yes
security = share
writable = yes

the floppy is mounted and usable within linux.  Also I
can read files open and copy them from shares.  I just
cant add any files.  This happens for any share that I
create.
