About WinPopUp

Hi guys, i would like to ask about WinPOPUP
I want my Win2000 could send message to samba server
with command

   net send <ip> <message>

So, my samba server (actually my workstation)
run /bin/winpopup (I've created it using glade)

 But it fails ... any comment ?

here the line tell samba to run command when received 
WinPopUP message

   message command = /bin/winpopup "Message from %s"
"%f" &

i also do 

   xclient +
