Hello,
I have installed SAMBA 2.2.1 on our SCO UNIX box and it is working
fine.
I have only one problem, I would like to hide the name of the SAMBA
server from the clients' brows list (not to show it in the Network
Neighborhood). But, be able to map the shares in the
\\samba-server\share-name format from the 'map network drive' menu of My
Computer or from command line. So, I can not cancel the WINS settings from
the smb.conf.
Is there any solution to do this ?
I would appreciate any help.
Regards,
Attila Bognár
