How can I give root priviledges to a user?

Dear friends, 
             My samba network has been properly synchronized alogwith Win
98 networks and my users can access their shareable directories in my linux
box. From here I want to give one of my users say "abhi" access to all the
directories under root!
	      It would be fantastic if anyone in our samba lists can help
me out!
