Whats the best way to go about this

I have a network that consists of the following

1 Free BSD system running Samba 2.2.2
2 Windows XP systems
1 Windows 98 system
1 Windows 2000 system
and a few VMware sessions on an XP box. 
1 Print Server that support both Unix and Windows printing

Because I frequently reinstall the OS's on my windows systems I'd like
to have all the video drivers, OS updates, and printer drives on my Free
BSD system but I don't want to have to create a user on the FBSD system
for each account on the windows systems, what's the best way to do this?
