I have tried to set up my swat file, to match all ya'lls out there, 
however, when I run netscape as root, and type into the location bar 
:myhostname:901, nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong.  I seem to get 
the netscape keyword center instead.  Here is my /etc/xinet.d/swat file

service swat
{
        port            = 901
        socket_type     = stream
        wait            = no
        only_from       = 127.0.0.1
        user            = root
        server          = /usr/sbin/swat
        log_on_failure  += USERID
        disable         = no
