In the tarball. Do "rpm -ta tarball_name" will build the whole thing, both
srpm and binary or at least it should. I have not tried it yet. It is on
the list for later today. I really want to try 2.2. Also if what you asked
for is what you really want try -ts. It should give you just the srpm.
