I thought we figured this out (or at least I thought *I* had figured it
out), but no one wanted to implement it yet.  If I ever stopped being
lazy I could do it myself and submit the patches to Tim.

As the code stands the last time I looked, multiple version 2 VFS
modules can be stacked easily if the Samba code supported it.  My
company may soon need two VFS modules on all our Samba shares (vscan and
jitlinks), so that may give me impetus to submit some patches to Tim.
