Issue on big filesystem on HPUX

We have one 200Gb filesystem on HP-UX 11.00/32bits. It's shared using samba 2.0.7.

We have disable oplocks because one old 16bits exe on our client didn't run well with oplocks. Now we have users unable to read some files. It's a random issue as it's changing from user to user. the file is readable one day and not the next one. Rights seems not to be an issue. The problems appear only on one among 8 shares. Others shares are smaller but one is 120Gb

Have any body an Idea ?
