[expert] Slow Copy WinXX - Linux/Samba :-(

THIS IS BIZARRE!

You guys are not going to believe this, but I tried the same 2.3Meg copy from my
WinXX machine to Samba, IT NOW WORKS GREAT -- NO PROBLEM -- IMMEDIATLY COPIES. The
weird part of this is that I haven't changed a thing. No machines have been shut
down or rebooted since the problem occurred and nothing has been changed. Another
"atavistic anomaly." I'll keep everyone posted if it starts happening again and
will try to get a tcpdump while it is occurring.
