Problem to map a drive to Win2000 PC

Hi,

My name is Alex Chong. I work for HP Singapore and I am a senior Engineer 
supporting our office's file server.

We installed a few SAMBA servers in HPUX and used by Window NT user in 
directories sharing.

We started to have Win2000 user which having problem to map directory in Samba 
server to their Win2000 PC.

Can you advise and recommend a solution.
