	Sorta: deadtime is included so that Samba can spot a
	client that's still alive, but isn't doing anything
	and doesn't have any files open. It can then disconnect
	the client and eliminate one smbd process.

	It defaults to off: you'd turn it on if you have
	a very large number of clients or a machine with
	a known small memory.
