Win95 User-level access control

good day,

new to this list & also new to samba;

I was just curious why this topic is not being discussed; or maybe
it's because i'm a beginner.

the problem was "How can I activate the Win95 user-level access control"
on my clients workstation which is mostly Win95 so that when they share one of their
folder they can be able to get a list of users they want the shared folder be available to.

Can it be done on a Samba server 2.0.5?
