multiple Administrator accounts

Hello,

How can I allow users to use the Administrator accounts on their local
machines and login into the samba PDC?

Background:  We use NT wks and Win2000, and want to locally log into
those machines as Administrator. This creates a problem because there
can only be one password for Administrator in smbpasswd, yet each user
has a different password for Administrator on their local machine.
