Controlling Samba box from NT

Hello,
Sorry if i m asking repeated question (if it is plz give me refrence of
it).

I want to control my Samba box from NT PDC. right now I can set it so
that it authenticate users from PDC and map it to local Linux users. Is
there any way so that i can create users from NT and dont have to map
them on Linux. (dont want to map them on default users too)

Can i add shares from server manager ?

How to set permission mask on a user if he belong to multiple groups.
