Everyone sees only his homedir in the share list.

Take out "browseable" from the [homes] section.

try 
$ smbclient -L <server> -U<user1>%<pass>
and you should see user1 home share
$ smbclient -L <server> -U<user2>%<pass>
and you should see user2 home share
