locked out of NT Domain

Hi Klaus,

I have struck a similar problem with pam_ntdom (which I believe uses the
same code). The problem I saw was that there was no way to reflect the fact
that the username/password was correct, but that that it had expired. I did
not find it difficult to modify pam_ntdom to pass this information back to
the user, but I don't know how this would work with Samba.
