My current plan is 2.2.18-pre1/2 (if Alan agrees) and 2.4.0-testX (if
Linus can be convinced that this is almost a bugfix and very very limited 
damage to important things).


If you want to help convince me that things are still working I have a
version for 2.2.17-pre13 here:

	(apply these in order)

This allows you to set default codepages in the config and override it
per-mount if you patch smbmount (but you no longer have to do that).
