Samba 2.0.6 and HPUX 11.0

We have just recently moved from a SGI platform where we were running Samba 
without any problem.   We have recently purchased a HP server runing HPUX 
11.0.  I have downloaded the latest version of Samba.   When I run the 
./configure program I get the error meesage:

WARNING: No automated network interface determination
ERROR:  No seteuid method available.
configure:  error:  summary failure.  Aborting config.

Is there any trick to loading Samba 2.0.6 on HPUX 11.0??
