samba browse list problem.

Hello,
	I'm using samba 2.05 on slackware 7.0 although this did not start
specifically with this version. I've got a windows 98 machine, with some
shares on it. Anytime I reboot the 98 machine, which happens often, or,
make a change and restart samba I don't see the 98 machine, for a period
up to and including ten minutes. I've got only these two machines on my
private network, using the private ip range, any ideas?
