SWAT: broken pipe

When trying to start SWAT, netscape gives me a "broken pipe" error.  Is
there a FAQ for this?  Can someone point me in the right direction?  I could
config samba by hand but I thought I'd give SWAT a try.

This is a Dell with RH7 (2.2.16).
[root at hopfield xinetd.d]# rpm -qa |grep samba
samba-2.0.7-21ssl
samba-common-2.0.7-21ssl
samba-client-2.0.7-21ssl
