Connection refused

Hi,

Here is my situation : I have installed Samba 2.0.6 on my computer, which is 
running with Linux RedHat 6.0.
When somebody tries to connect to this server, he's got a 'refused 
connection' message after he tried to my_IP@:139.
I don't think the smb.conf is responsible because we have tried with the 
basic one, and it doesn't change anything.

As I'm fresh in Linux (and samba) world, this may be a simple stuff. Please 
don't hesitate to ask me for further information.
