Mainboards and BIOSes have shown weird behaviour especially under
Win95...
Check for the BIOS PCI/ISA settings. If you have an PCI NIC move it to
another
slot - it's the simplest trick with the best results. BTW - have you
already tried
another NIC? Maybe just a H/W problem on the card?
