problem compiling 2.0.6 --with-smbmount

Neither 2.0.36 (definitely, you need the smbmount from smbfs package
with 2,0,x kernels) nor 2.2.2 are ok to build smbmount of samba-2.0.6.

You need at least 2.2.12.
