Cannot log in

Hi,
  I ihave a linux server installed samba 2.0.3.   I can find this server from
another win95 client . But when I want to browse the server( double click the
icon of server), there is an error message" cannot log in".  How to solve it?
 Followed is a paragraph of the smb.conf:
 [global]
   workgroup = dblab
   guest account = nobody
   keep alive = 30
   os level = 2
   security = user  

[homes]
   comment = Home directory
   browseable = yes
   read only = yes
   create mode = 0700
   username = XXX,YYY
   encrypt passwords = yes

[Temp]
    comment = Temp
    path = /temp
    read only = yes
    public = yes
