Fax Printers

I suppose this is *very* loosly linked to Samba.  I have set up on my 
Linux machine a Fax Printer - using efax.  All connected machines can 
"see" the printer through Samba, and can print to it, but I can not 
find a printer driver for Windoze that will print in (preferably) TIF 
G3 format. Ideally I need a driver that will print 1 line of text 
with the phone number, and the rest as a TIF file.  Any suggestions?
