HP-UX 10.20 compile

Hi, all

I'm trying to get samba to compile on said platform, and it's telling me
that file locking is not available.  And yet this configured fine on another
very similar machine.  Anybody know why this happens?  The main difference
between the machines is that on the machine which fails, large file support
is enabled; on the machine where samba works, it is not.
