Samba 2.0.6, MKS' touch.exe, and file/dir time stamps

This indeed works around the problem. The only thing is that I'm not sure 
that I can do this without creating problems elsewhere. We'll see...

The problem is still there though, I'll try to find out what is actually
happening in the code.
