domain group / users ?

Does the domain admin group or domain admin user work with 2.0.3 ?

I'm trying to set the local time on the local computer and I've made
sure that the domain user is part of the domain admins, but it
comes back with access denied.

Also viewing the 'Domain Group' in User Manager for Domains
shows 'remote procedure call failed'.

I know I can click a tick box for the change time, but I'm using
the above as a test for local admin privileges when logged into
the domain.
