Sounds to me like you just need to re-enter samba into the domain.
1st, remove your samba machine from your pdc via server manager.
2nd, delete the .MAC file from your samba directory.
3rd, add your samba machine to your pdc via server manager.
4th, re-enter the domain by typing 
	smbpasswd -j <Domain Name> -r <PDC name>
5th, restart samba

This worked for me recently, I had a number of corrupted files somehow
and was forced to reinstall many packages, including samba.
