printing service

Hello,

It might be a dumb question, but I still have to ask.

I have couple networking color laser printers which I want to be able to log
the usage.  For example, I need to know when, who, what dpi, and using what
tray.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Through "print command ="?  Please
fulfill me information.  Thank you!

P.S.  Just wondering how Universities/Colleges do their printing service.
