Timezone error in 1.9.18p10??

Hi list.

Problem:
I have a IBM RS/6000 running AIX 4.3.1.0 and samba 1.9.18p10, and everything
is great, except the following:
This is a listing from the unix shell:

-rw-r--r--   1 daishan  skript          8 Apr 22 11:39 xyz.xyz
-rw-r--r--   1 daishan  skript         35 Apr 27 16:12 xyz.xyz2

Our NT4.0SP4 Workstations has another view (both command.com and
explorer.exe):

99-04-22  14:39                      8 xyz.xyz
99-04-27  19:12                     35 xyz.xyz2

Both the AIX and the clients are set to GMT +1 (Stockholm). I don't see why
samba reports the wrong timezone on all files (or is it NT that modifies the
time?).

Any pointers to documentation or even RTFM:s are welcome.
