While it makes me sick, today this is correct. But keep an eye on the ISC:

Toward the bottom of the page:

"Version 3 of the ISC DHCP Distribution will add Dynamic DNS Support,
asynchronous DNS query resolution, DHCP Authentication, and possibly
support for a DHCP Interserver Protocol and live querying of the DHCP
database."

Since ISC also does BIND (named), there's a good chance that their
implimentation will be nicely integrated, and standards compliant...
