request_oplock_break

Over the last couple of days I see quite often this error-message:

request_oplock_break: no response received to oplock break request to pid
11707 on port 38984 for dev = 1540000, inode = cf4bb

When this happens, the connection for this pid blocks completely. By the
way I am using v1.9.18
