Writing files to Solaris partition

Hello Folks,

I've installed samba SVR4 packages from the samba download site
on our Solaris 2.6 machine.

I'm able to mount the partitions, but I'm unable to write into my
home directory from the PC Win98 to the Solaris home directory
partition.

I am able to write to the Solaris machines /tmp parition. The directory
permissions for /tmp are 777, and the home directories are 755.

Any guidance is greatly appreciate. I've read thru the docs,
and possibly have overlooked the obvious...
