Netlogon share and locking

Ok, I did some testing and found that a lock is NOT created when
I put share modes = no in the [netlogon] share.  Looks good so far.
Here's my complete [netlogon] share definition for those who want to
know:

[netlogon]
        comment=Netlogin
        path=/usr/local/samba/netlogon
        writable=no
        write list=usera, @groupb
        create mask=0775
        browsable=yes
        locking = no
        share modes = no
