Invalid Password Problems

I downloaded the tgz file, unpacked it, uncommented the 'Linux, No Shadow Passwords Section' and compiled it.

This means it isn't a windows95 problem, more a samba server problem

Password authentication modules or something similar. Did you compile this
version yourself?
