Me too.  1.9.17p4, running on SunOS 4.1.4.  My print server
disappears from the WINS server's browse list (and from
browse.dat) after a few hours to a day.  I do see the
"WINS server did not respond to name registration!" messages
in the log file, but they don't necessarily appear when
the print server disappears from the browse list.
