How to write a printcap entry for remote printer

Thanks for your reply.  

I am running RH 4.1, but not with X, so I can't use printtool.  Could you
send me a copy of the printcap entry (minus IPs or hostnames, if you like)
for your Samba printer?  It would be helpful to study, I believe.
