Win95 Connectivity problems

I am still having problems with Samba. I have read every scrap of documentation I could find. Let me define my network.
This is a university environment. We have a token ring network in our building with the 128.206.82.XXX subnet. Located elsewhere on campus is our web server, digmo.org which is on a leased T-1 circuit from advantis with the following ip address: 204.146.174.129. I have recently added another adapter into the machine, which is an RS6000 machine running AIX 4.2, with a 128.206.2.XXX ip address. Now, I can see the shares fine from an NT machine, however, when trying to access shares from any win95 machine, I get "Network is busy" error messages.

I noticed something strange when following the diagnos.txt file. Every command I issue, it says no interface found or adding interface. Does this seem right?
