1.9.18alpha14 browsing works great here

Hi,

Samba 1.9.18alpha14 is working great here.

Before 1.9.18alpha (I don't remember the exact version), browsing from
a Windows machine connected via PPP to the Samba server did not work
at all times. It looked like sometimes the WINS registration failed so
Microsoft networking got disabled during that session in Windows 95
and browsing the Network Neverhood did not work. Also, specifying
\\servername in Start:Run... did not work either.

With the re-write of nmbd, WINS registrations succeed always and
browsing works fine.
