Hi there,

I am having a lot of problems with the following installation of VMS and
SAMBA.

VMS 7.3-2 with TCPIP 5.4
SAMBA 2.2.8

We managed to get the SAMBA service up and working and appear to have access
to the Home and other shares, but that's where the problem starts.

Once we are connected from an XP PC the folder appears to be unable to
Refresh any changes and also have problems with seeing all file and access
to Amend or Delete files and folders in the shares.

Can you please assist me with any changes that might be needed in the
SMB.CONF file as I feel this is where I need to fine tune the issue.
