Bugilla bug reporting system

The main SAMBA branch has set up a BUZILLA database for tracking bugs,
and it has OpenVMS as a category.
https://bugzilla.samba.org/
I do not know who it assigns for tracking OpenVMS related bugs and enhancement
requests, and until OpenVMS is more common in source than it is now, there
is not likely much that can be done by the UNIX team.
So basically we are on our own here.
Unless the bug is common to the UNIX source, and then again, they will probably
only be interested in bugs that are present in their current releases.
As always, a search of the database should be done before posting a new bug,
and if you are not sure, you can always post here first.
A search of the database does not show any bugs or enhancements with the
OpenVMS tag.
Also if you do post a bug, and find a solution or a workaround, please
post it there. It might help someone.
It can also be used to track requested enhancements.
There is no guarantee that any bug or enhancement will be acted on by anyone,
but it is at least a public place to track them.
