Samba/VMS 2.2.8 Fix for smbpasswd

Compiled, linked and installed today (5/14).  Looks like it is working
very well.
 
Thank you very much for the quick fix!!!!  And thank you for all your
developement time.  Much appreciated.
 
PS - I first downloaded the samba-2_2_8-vms73-src.zip, which was the
still the old version.  The other zip, samba-2-2_8-src.zip was the right
one.

There is a new kit for Samba/VMS available. It fixes the smbpasswd
issues
(adding and deleting users) that were posted a week ago or so. This fix
is
available for all versions (i.e. VAX, Alpha 7.1 and Alpha 7.3-1/big
files).

kit,
