For correctly installing and using SAMBA/VMS 2.2.4, you ALWAYS need the
SAMBA-2_2_4-SRC kit file.

The SAMBA-2_2_4-OBJ kit file is present only for those of you who cannot or
do not want to recompile from sources.
I separated those OBJ/OLB files in in a separate kit in order to minimize
the downloaded size for those of you who have the DECC compiler, and want to
use it.

Adding the LINK procedure into the OBJ kit has no use, because for actually
installing you'll need the INSTALL procedure, all the SWAT files (HTMLs and
GIFs), etc...
