[Release Planning 4.16] Samba 4.16.1

Hi,

with today's release of Samba 4.16.0,
- Samba 4.15 has been turned into the *maintenance mode* and
- Samba 4.14 into the *security fixes only mode* (there will be a last 
bugfix release in two weeks).
- Samba 4.13 is end of life now.

Samba 4.16.1 is scheduled for Monday, May 02 2022.
